Al-Baqrah : Ruku'a 8 (Ayat 72-82)

Aur Jab Tumne ek khun kiya , to Ek Dusre par is ki tohmat dalne lage , Aur Allah ko zahir karna jo Tum chhupate the .
(English)
And when you shed a blood, then began accusing for it each other and Allah was to disclose what you were hiding.
(73)
(Roman-Urdu)
To Hamne farmaya ' Is Maktool ko Is ghayein(cow) ka ek tukda maro ' , Allah yunhi murde jilayega aur Tumhe Apni nishaniyan dikhata hai ke kahin Tumhe akal ho .
(English)
Then We said, "strike with a part of that cow to the slain. Allah thus will give life to the dead and show you His Signs, so that you may understand.

Fir Uske baad Tumhare Dil sakht ho gaye , To Wo Pattharon ki misl hein , Balke is se bhi ziyada kurre , Aur Pattharon mein to kuchh wo hein jin mein nadiyan beh nikalti hein , Aur kuchh wo hein jo fat jate hein to unse pani nikalta hai , Aur kuchh wo hein ke Allah ke dar se gir padte hein , Aur Allah Tumhare kutakon se be-khabar nahin .

Then, thereafter your hearts hardened, then they are like stones, but harder than these; and of stones there are some from which rivers gush forth and some are those which split, then water comes therefrom and there are some which fall down for fear of Allah, and Allah is not unmindful of your doings.

To Aye Musalmanon ! Tumhe ye tam'aa(lalach) hai ke ye yahudi Tumhara yakeen layenge , Aur inme ka to ek giroh wo tha ke Allah ka qalam sunte fir samajne ke baad ise danista badal dete .
(English)
Then O Muslims! Do you covet that the Jews would believe you? And one group of them was that which used to hear the words of Allah, then used to pervert it knowingly after having understood it.

Aur Jab Musalmanin se milein to kahein Ham Imaan laye , Aur Jab aapas mein akele hon , to kahein Wo Ilm jo Allah ne Tum par khola Musalmanon se bayan kiye dete ho , ke is se Tumhare Rabb ke yahan Tumhi par hujjat layein ,
(English)
And when they meet Muslims, they say, 'we accepted the faith', and when they are alone among themselves, then they say, "Do you explain to Muslims that knowledge which Allah disclosed to you, that they thereby argue with you before your Lord. Have you no wisdom?

Kya nahin jante ke Allah janta hai , jo kuchh wo chhupate hein aur jo kuchh zahir karte hein .

Do they not know that Allah knows all that they conceal and all that they disclose?

(Roman-Urdu)
Aur unme kuchh an-padh hein ke jo Kitab ko nahin jante , magar zabani padh lena , Ya kuchh Apni man-gadhat , Aur wo nare guman mein hein .
(English)
And some of them are illiterate who do not know the Book, but oral reading or their own false notions and they are in mere supposition.

To kharabi hai Unke liye jo Kitab apne hath se likhein , Fir keh dein ye Khuda ke paas se hai , Ke iske iwaz(badle) thode dam hasil karein , To Kharabi hai Unke liye Unke hathon ke likhe se Aur kharabi Unke liye is kamai se .
(English)
Then there is woe for them who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "this is from Allah", so that they may gain small price in lieu of it. Then there is woe for them for the writings of their own hands and woe to them for such earning.

(Roman-Urdu)
Aur bole 'Hamein To aag na chhuegi magar ginti ke Din ' , Tum farma do 'Kya Khuda se Tumne koi ahed le rakkha hai , Jab to Allah hargiz Apna ahed khilaf na karega , Ya Khuda par wo baat kehte ho Jiska Tumhe Ilm nahin '.
(English)
And they said, "the fire shall not touch us except for numbered days", Say then, have you taken a promise from Allah, then Allah, will never break His Promise. Or you say about Allah that which you do not know.

Haan , Kyun nahin , Jo gunah kamaye , Aur Uski khata Use ghair le , Wo Dozakh walon mein hai , Unhe Hamesha is mein rehna .
(English)
Aye, why not who so earns vice and his sin encompasses him, he is one among the people of the hell, they have to remain therein forever.

(Roman-Urdu)
Aur Jo Imaan laye , Aur Acchhe kam kiye , Wo Jannat wale hein , Unhe Hamesha is mein rehna .
(English)
And those, who accepted faith and did good works. They are the people of Paradise. They have to remain therein forever.
